Begin your Cycladic island hopping with Paros, a beloved holiday destination, beaches, villages and a 6th century church, Panayia Ekatontapyliani, also called Katapoliani. The name "Ekatontapyliani" means the church with 100 gates ("Ekato Pyles" in Greek), one of which is a secret one!
Next find yourself in the largest and greenest Cycladic Island of Naxos, with beautiful old churches, monasteries, Venetian castles and crystal clear waters. Sail away to Santorini, legend of the lost city of Atlantis, with stunning sunsets and picturesque sugar cubed buildings.
Day 1: ATHENS
Upon arrival in Athens you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Balance of the day at leisure.
Day 2: ATHENS
After breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel, and you will be led to a guided Athens sightseeing tour to the House of Parliament, the Unknown Soldier's Tomb, the Hadrian's Arch, the Olympian Zeus Temple, the Panathenaic Stadium, the Academy, the University and the National Library. Balance of the day at leisure.
Day 4: SANTORINI
Day at leisure at the most beautiful Cycladic island. Do not leave the island without visiting its capital city, Fira town, with the beautiful white-washed houses, the narrow streets and open air cafes that cling on the steep cliff. To the South, visit Akrotiri with its recent excavations which prove the theories that Santorini might be the lost continent of the Atlantis right. Enjoy a half day cruise to the small volcanic islands of Nea Kameni and Palea Kameni found in the center of the famous caldera and the hot springs with the orangey water where you will have free time for swimming.
Day 6: NAXOS
Enjoy your day in the largest island of the Cyclades island group. Naxos was the center of the Cycladic civilization and according to Greek mythology, Zeus was born in the highest point in Naxos, mount Zeus.
Day 10: ATHENS / AIRPORT
According to your flight departure time, you will be transferred to Athens Airport.
